Filip Delport started his professional career with a PhD in bionanotechnology at the faculty of Bio Engineering of the KU Leuven. An IWT innovation mandate scholarship was acquired with the goal of preparing the fiber optic SPR biosensortechnology towards the creation of a spin-off company. As CTO he manages the technological, biotechnical, regulatory, management and financial aspects needed to create the next generation fiber optic SPR biosensor
